At Nutsfluids, we strive to ensure fast and safe delivery of all orders. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders to selected pin codes/locations.
Delivery availability may vary based on your address during checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location

  • Local deliveries are usually completed within 1–3 working days

  • Outstation deliveries may take 3–7 working days

Unexpected delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or lockdowns are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout

  • Free delivery may be offered for selected locations or on orders above a minimum purchase amount (as per ongoing offers)

4. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (if applicable).
If courier tracking is unavailable, our support team will provide delivery status on request.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Delivery will be attempted once at the provided address

  • If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, a re-attempt may be scheduled based on delivery partner policies

  • Additional re-delivery charges may apply in such cases

6. Packaging & Handling

All products are securely packed to avoid leakage or damage during transit.
Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is severely damaged or tampered with.

7. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

Nutsfluids is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect/Incomplete address

  • Wrong contact number

  • Customer not reachable/unavailable

In such cases, refund or redelivery may not be applicable.

8. Delayed Delivery

While we always try to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to external courier or transport conditions. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not provide international shipping. Delivery is available only within India.
