Refund and Returns Policy

At Nutsfluids, we take great care to ensure that every product delivered to you is 100% fresh, hygienically packed, and of premium quality. Since our products are edible food-grade oils, we follow a strict non-returnable policy except in specific cases mentioned below.

1. Non-Returnable Products

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered and opened by the customer.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

You may request a replacement or refund only in the following situations:

✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Quantity / variant mismatch
✅ Damaged or leaked product received
✅ Tampered or broken packaging at the time of delivery
✅ Expired product delivered (very rare)

3. Proof Required

To process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video (from opening the package till product inspection) or

  • Clear photos of the damaged/wrong/delivered condition

Without proof, we will not be able to validate the claim.

4. Time Window for Reporting

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted

5. Refund / Replacement Procedure

  • Customer raises a complaint via WhatsApp / Email / Phone

  • Provide order ID & photos / unboxing video

  • Our team verifies the claim

  • After approval:

    • Replacement will be arranged or

    • Refund will be issued to the original payment method / wallet

6. Refund Timeline

  • Online payment refunds: 5 – 7 business days

  • Wallet refunds: within 48 hours

  • COD refunds (if applicable): Bank transfer / wallet within 5 – 7 days

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the product is shipped out, cancellation is not allowed

  • Refund for a cancelled order will be processed within 5 – 7 working days

8. Delivery Issues

If the customer is not available at the address or unreachable:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply

  • Order may be marked as delivered and refund will not be processed
